Hollis combines the scale of a larger detached home with access to the master-planned lifestyle of Valencia by FivePoint. Residents can enjoy established recreation such as Confluence Park along with trails, playgrounds, green spaces and additional amenities continuing to open as the community grows.
Hollis and Sutton are separate Lennar collections, but they are being developed together as one connected ridge-top neighborhood. Together they are expected to total approximately 182 homes, with Hollis providing the larger floor plans and Sutton offering a slightly smaller entry point into the same new enclave.
For buyers comparing the two, the biggest distinction is space. Sutton ranges from roughly 2,663 to 2,907 square feet with four bedrooms, while Hollis ranges from roughly 3,154 to 3,555 square feet with four or five bedrooms and additional flexible living areas.
